Where can I purchase a FOB for the amenities?

 

FOBs are purchased from the Front Desk Receptionist at the Rec Centre. They cost $50 payable by cash or cheque.  There are no refunds for lost or stolen FOBs.  Please contact Management prior to purchasing your FOB, to ensure one is ready for pick-up. A separate FOB, designted for condo tenants must also be obtained.

 

Please note that FOBS are strictly for the use of LHP residents and their tenants.

 

Can residents reserve the Georgian Room for personal functions?

 

The Georgian Room is available on a  first-come-first-served basis and cannot be booked in advance.

 

Are there any condo rentals available at Lighthouse Point?

 

As management does not handle any of the rentals, there is a Rental Binder at the Front Desk at the Rec Centre in which owners may advertise their listings. 

 

Are there any Boat Slips available to rent at Lighthouse Point?

 

As management does not handle any of the boat slip rentals, there is a Rental Binder at the Front Desk at the Rec Centre in which owners may advertise their listings. 

 

How many guests can I sign in at the Recreation Centre for my unit?

 

1 Bedroom - 6 guests (including registered resident) 

2 Bedroom - 8 guests (including registered resident) 

3 Bedroom - 10 guests (including registered resident) 

4 Bedroom -  12 guests (including registered resident) 

 

Where can I take my dog for a swim?

 

As dogs are not allowed on the West beach or on the swimming pier at the West Pier, there is easy water access for dogs on the East Beach, near the Marina Boathouse.
