Marina

With 229 deep water boat slips ranging in size from 25 to 45 feet, the Marina can accommodate various sizes of both power and sail boats. In addition to our Con-O-Lift dock system, the LHP Marina also owns its own gas hut and pump-out station.  Click here to view Boat Slip Sales or Rentals.

 

Marina slip owners also have exclusive access to the LHP Boathouse which is a separate building from the Rupert Bronsdon Community Centre, but shares many of the same amenities. These include a large social room (capacity 110 people), its own outdoor pool, nicely-furnished outdoor patio (capacity 77 people) and fully equipped galley kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc).

 

The boat slip licensess are owned by LHP unit owners only and slips cannot be owned or leased by non-residents. Overnight or transient mooring is strictly prohibited.

 

The LHP Marina is administered by the Marina Advisory Committee (MAC), a standing committee of the SFC.  The MAC consists of five directors, including a Chair and Secretary, who manage both the annual operating budget and reserve fund.  They are also responsible for the establishment and enforcement of the Marina rules.
