Cindy Gretton, R.C.M., Owner

Cindy is one of the principals of E & H Property Management. She assumed the role from her parents, Horst & Elisabeth. Cindy is the lead manager with 25 years experience, and is very knowledgeable of The Condominium Act, 1998. She has taken the lead to help corporations through difficult situations. Her experience and knowledge has been a valuable tool in rectifying problems. Cindy has been hands-on with substantial changes and major repairs throughout her career, from developing the specifications for projects to developing funding plans to get corporations on the right track.  

Cameron Mitchell, R.C.M., Property Manager

Cameron joined the LHP team in September 2014 and is responsible for the overall management of the physical assets, the 19 condominium corporations, the Shared Facilities and the Marina.  Customer service, contract negotiation, financial management and working with the variety of LHP committees and condominium boards are also included in his responsibilities.  Cameron was awarded his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in February, 2016. 

 

Cameron and his wife Jennifer live in Collingwood with their daughter Katelyn and son Ethan.  As a family they enjoy tennis in the summer and skiing in the winter.  In his spare time Cameron is actively involved with the Collingwood Community Tennis Club, recently being appointed Chair of the club.

Beckie Reekie, Assistant Property Manager

Beckie started at E & H Property Management as a co-op student; upon graduation she was offered a full time position as the administration assistant.  Beckie has now been with E & H for 7 years and has served the last 3 years at Lighthouse Point, as an Assistant Property Manager.

Jaymee Hocaluk, Accounting Manager

Jaymee began at E & H Property Management as the administrative assistant in December 2013. The following year she was offered a position in the accounting department and subsequently joined the Lighthouse Point management team in October 2015 as the Accounting Manager. Her responsibilities include the accounts receivable and payables and the monthly bookkeeping of the 19 condominium corporations as well as the Shared Facilities and the Marina.

 

Jaymee spends a lot of her spare time reading and is an avid crocheter. She and her son Leo live in Collingwood where they often visit the local parks and waterfront.

Pauline Mellegers, Administration

Pauline started at E & H Property Management in Administration in February 2016.  Her background is in both banking as well teaching English as a Second Language, both of which involve extensive client service. She enjoys serving the administrative needs of the property managers as well as the owners at Lighthouse Point.  

 

Pauline lived most of her adult life in BC, and joined her partner Gary in Collingwood in 2011. They enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, and swimming.
